Description

This course will cover the basics that agents, brokers, businesses, and security professionals should know when approaching cyber insurance. During the session, topics covered will explore the intersection of cybersecurity and insurance, debunk myths about cyber insurance, and we take a look at ransomware. 

By the end of the course, attendees will have the knowledge needed to cover cyber insurance basics with their clients to help them obtain a cyber insurance policy.

Abimbola Afolabi, Manager, Growth Marketing at Cowbell

Bimbola joined Cowbell over 4 years ago with experience as a broker and account manager in the insurance industry. Her experience as a licensed Canadian broker includes marketing, advising, and implementing insurance options for large-risk commercial clients. As part of the Marketing team at Cowbell, she develops and executes engagement efforts, including educational cyber insurance content, cyber training courses, events, and incentives aimed at bringing awareness to Cowbell's insurance offerings.
